Known as Florida’s “Dream Inn Broker” and “Inn Expert”, Jeannette has focused on the marketing and sales of bed and breakfast inns throughout Florida since 1995.  Having listed and sold many small hospitality properties around the State, Jeannette brainstorms with innkeepers on ways to increase business, staging the properties and helpful tips shared with her by other innkeepers.  A regular speaker at the national PAII (Professional Association of Innkeepers International) Jeannette is also working with properties interested in attracting “green” travelers and reducing their utility costs.  She also writes monthly articles for Florida’s B&B association, FBBI (Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns).
