November Lodging Numbers Are Up In November

November’s growth was 1% more than last November’s phenomenal 15% growth – but the average daily rate jumped nearly 3% to continue a 10-month string of rising rates.   

November Occupancy was +1.0% (+2.6% for 12 months)   

Average Rate was +2.5% to $97.34 (+4.0% CYTD to $100.36)    

Revenue Per Available Room was +3.5%(+6.6% for 12 months)    

Rooms Sold was +1.0% in October (+2.6% for 12 months)  

Room Revenue was +3.5% (+5.7% for 12 months) based on 42 reporting properties.
